Update 0.1.3


And a freaking Happy New Year.

Update 0.1.3

Gameplay Tweaks:

  • Added character rolling: uses stamina but player will take no damage.

  • Added character wall sliding: you can slide down walls.

  • Jump speed increased from 212 to 224. Lots of science went into this change specifically.

  • Air acceleration increased from 300 to 800.

  • Increased core item spawn chance from 33% to 50%.

Other changes:

  • Fixed a character motion bug where acceleration was not used. (backported from Empira)

  • Stamina bar brightens slightly when it decreases. (backported from Empira)

  • Player can now use items without a sword. (backported from Empira)

  • Tweaked starting area to pace better.

  • Player footsteps when naked are now softer.

  • Softened some pickup audio sfx.

  • Goo and glue provide some light.

  • Fixed UI affecting light effects when not visible.

  • Fixed shop UI not affecting light effects when visible.
