Update 0.5.0 - The PERFECT GAUZE

Hellllllooooo! Been hard at work the past couple days, and have something a little more significant to show for it. Aside from the new stuff outlined below, I’ve also been planning out my “end goal” for the game which should help me stay more focused. There are also a few things that I’ve started working on, but weren’t ready for this update because they need quite a bit more polish to them.

Content

  • Characters now blink

  • Three new characters added
    — Ghost (Floatier and can travel through walls)
    — Perfect Gauze (All rewards are replaced with HP. HP no longer spawns in levels)
    — Cy (Starts with a shotgun, but his damage is weaker)

  • New Reward: ENEMIES GIVE HP

Balance & Misc.

  • Some rewards now cost 50HP instead of the usual 25HP

  • Descriptions for characters changed

  • The rewards MOVEMENT SPEED ++ and SHOOT SPEED ++ have been combined into a single reward called SPEED ++

  • Explosions take slightly longer to explode

  • Adjustments to enemy speed

  • LEVI is slightly slower to move, but shoots slightly faster
