MARIO 2004: A SuperMario.exe Re-Take

UPDATE 07/11/2025

Hey guys! It's been a while since I talked about the latest updates for Mario 2004, so today I've decided to talk a little about some current things and progress in the game.

First of all, I must announce (especially for those who haven't heard) that @TheMrAngelGames584 is BACK on the Mario 2004 development team, and he will begin recoding the game after he finishes his Buzz.EXE Remake and takes a 3-week break, so please be patient.

On the other hand, I did some designs for the levels in the final version of the game:

  • Overworld 1-1 design (based on World 1-1 from Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels)

  • Design of the second part of Overworld 1-1

And I've saved the best for last: my friend @NeedleMouse727 helped me to remade the game's title screen. I asked him to take inspiration of the Sonic.EXE(@MY5TCrimson ) Title Screen, and this was the final result:

That's all for now. Remember to keep an eye on my posts and have a great afternoon.

I think after I finish all my projects on Game Jolt, I'm going to try to create an original game, like my friend @MY5TCrimson , who's currently working on Shrouded...

Why don't give someone else a chance to play?
