UPDATE 1.1.0: QUALITY OF FREDINI UPDATE

YEah, new fredini update. changes some stuff to be better i guess...

Changelog:
- Added a warning screen for new players
- Made rabbit more harder to deal with, because I felt like he was a bit of a pushover.
- Added an alarm for when Charlie is activated
- Added 3 new tips
- Added a fade whenever an animatronic enters or leaves a camera
- Added another rabbit scream by another friend of mine
