Hey, everyone! Happy new year!
So, remember that horror game I talked about? The one called The Hanged Woman? It's gonna take a bit longer than originally planned. Evie is learning Godot for another project of hers. As a result, we decided to put THW on hold until it was complete. I think this is the best decision, anyway, since I've been reconfiguring a lot of elements about the game's story. But that leaves me with a lot more free time than I anticipated.
(I say writing for two other peoples games and also another person's web comic and my own original screenplay...)
But that got me thinking. I mean really thinking. I've been messing with RPG Maker and stuff, and I was hit with inspiration for a fan project. Not a FNaF fan project mind you, but rather a Sonic the Hedgehog one.
And then it occurred to me.
A long time ago I was working on a Sonic x FNaF World game that, believe it or not, actually had a pretty solid amount of development done on it. I'm not saying this is a guarantee, and frankly I shouldn't be telling any of you this in the first place, but I might look into developing a sort of Fazbear World: FANDOM style multicrossover game made in RPG Maker. Perhaps at the very least some kind of Sonic Isekai game with a less protected intellectual property. Maybe it'll be FNaF, maybe it'll be Deltarune, or Bendy, or Mario, or all the fandoms, who knows!
Which is where you come in. What do you think? You think it'll be worth it? I've been really enjoying RPG Maker and I've learned a lot already just in the short time I've been using it. So lemme know your thoughts in the comments below. Thanks, guys!
