Update 1.8 + MFA Release

This update mainly makes some minor changes to the game. Even though this update doesn't add anything major to the game, I've bumped the version number to 1.8 anyways.

Also, since the game has reached 250 followers, the game's MFA is now public. Do whatever you want with it!

Changes:

The Night 1 cutscene is now shown after the newspaper when starting a new game, instead of being shown before the main menu when starting the game for the first time.
Improved rare screen code.
The main menu is no longer shown for a split second before jumping to the rare screen.
The Game Jolt log in screen can no longer be accessed while being logged in after exiting out of it.
(Windows only) The game no longer uses the "Open URLs Object" for opening the links in the Extra menu. The link opening is now done with the "Execute an external program" action of the special conditions.

New Features:

Added a log out button to the main menu below the Game Jolt button.
This button only shows up while logged in.

What's up with people randomly getting blocked from accessing Game Jolt out of nowhere? (the CloudFlare "Sorry, you have been blocked" error screen).

I know @AG_AHMAD and @AranBucobo were completely blocked from accessing the site.
