So I did some more digging, and this issue I came across is relatively new. it was only today that someone had the same issue.
since it's new, this means I have to wait. I used an export again to test, but I still have one export, so hopefully when it's fixed, i'll be able to export the game.
I'm sorry since this is awful news, but hopefully you understand this bs is out of my control. Just happened to break on release day.
I assure you all though, the update is great, and adds more content than expected.

GIVE IT UP FOR PATCH 5. (okay seriously... I found the actual issue this time. REDOWNLOAD and everything WILL be unlocked without issue.) btw this patch still says 1.1.3
