-Added basic GameJolt score leaderboard.
-Added “high score” to gui - doesn’t interact with GameJolt yet.
-Updated to latest Haxe version.
-Updated to latest HaxePunk version.

-Overall GameJolt user high score on gui.
-(Possibly) coin storage on GameJolt.
-Kills leaderboard.
-Visible car damage.
-Better car destruction.
-Road junctions and off-road areas.
-Police shootouts.
