I got scammed by the digital pig wearing purple clothes and eyeglasses

I decided to continue develop SilverOS in Python because it's more comfortable for me in this situation, by the way, developer beta will be available today!

In this update there has been added speaker loudness level regulation

Some information about this update, design of SilverOS 3 has been changed a bit, and huge attention has been taken on improving video quality, when you turning on the camera, now the video has less stray and it's more colorful than it was before
