Hi guys!
I finally managed to release Update 3! GameJolt was being a pain in the butt last night and kept freezing when the upload was processing. But luckily it’s fixed now, so here are the changes!
Bug Fixes
Fixed the bug where the game crashes when you die.
Fixed the bug where the game crashes when you talk to Sans.
Fixed the bug where the music from the Hall of Fame wouldn’t stop playing.
Fixed the bug where if you pressed different buttons on the main menu and then went to the login screen, all the buttons you pressed would show up in the username box.
Major changes
An all-new anticheat system. I’ve listed every single possible way someone could cheat, and I made sure that none of them were possible anymore.
If a player attempts to cheat, their name turns red, and this tells me they’ve been a dirty hacker, and I ban them for a day at first. If they do it again, I’ll ban them permanently.
New passcode system for buying the Badge item. The passcode only appears when you legitimately get 9999G. It will not appear if you cheat.
If you cheat, you will no longer be able to enter the shops.
New notification in the chat when someone gets kicked or banned so everyone knows exactly who’s been cheating and whether they were kicked or banned.
New message box shows when you’ve been disconnected from the server.
Tweaks
Players now start off with NO items!
Minor dialogue changes.
So there you have it!
Oh, and more thing.
There’s RULES now.
You have to follow these rules or you risk getting kicked or even banned.
Here are the new rules:
Do not insult people.
Do not say anything that might be considered offensive.
You can swear, but don’t swear AT people.
Do not try to exploit glitches, it ruins the fun for everyone else.
NO CHEATING IS TOLERATED. If I catch you cheating, it’s an instant 1 day ban. If you keep cheating, the ban becomes permanent.
No advertising (games, videos, etc.)
Do not spam. This will result in a 1 day ban.
Be kind to each other.
Haters/trolls will be immediately banned.
Report anyone who breaks these rules to me, and I’ll sort them out.
Please follow these rules. I do not want to have to ban anyone.
