Update: Fixed it I think? My Cloud offset was a set value, so now I'm doing [particle speed] * [particle life] to get the [distance travelled] and subtracting that from the weather area Y. I should be able to change this on the fly for faster/slower weather, but it does mean the cloud will appear at different heights since there's no way to uncouple that. (it would look like the rain starts outside the cloud, again because particles can't be made to die after travelling a distance or at a specific point)
Just doing some quick particle depth fixes and I'll get to work on the Progress Post. Changing Weather depth so it appears over things, but only over the Hot Air Balloon when you're fully under it. (that means changing the depth of the Balloon too, I have it as a set value, but am trying it as player -(y+floatingY))
Guess I'm start hazbin hotel while I'm at it
