Update Combo Breaker 0.9.0:

Some changes to make the game easier.

- Start with fewer rows

- Raise the paddle speed

- Low upgrades cost

- Reduce minimal combo to start counting as a combo

- Waits 1 minute to start spawning and moving down the rows
