Update & Info
I just released a new update for the game. It’s meant to fix some issues and change some game mechanics. All you have to do is download it and play the game through the new file. You can delete the previous version, if you want to.
You can still play the previous version, if you’d like.
The game is now a .exe file, so no one should have any problem opening the game - as long as they have Java installed and updated, of course. Not sure if it runs on Mac and Linux though. If needed, I can upload the .jar file.
Change Log:
The save system was completely changed. Now there is no save file, but a password system to save your progress. Just have a pen and paper, a phone or even Notepad nearby and it won’t be a problem.
This change was done due to a save file corrupting glitch that would render the game unplayable.
And yes, this means all your progress so far is lost. But you can use the following password to jump straight into Night 4, if you’d prefer (I just don’t recomend doing it if you haven’t played the nights before):
TZAY6
There is now a 2 seconds interval between the animatronics leaving the monitor and actually being at the door. Previously it was 3 and I assume it made people (understandably) confused.
A certain character shouldn’t be a constant annoyance anymore.
Freddy is a tad easier on Night 1.
You can now resize the window.
The score system was completely removed.
Some Info:
No, this game is not for mobile devices. The subtitle “Pocket Horror” is in reference to Pokémon (“Pocket Monsters”) and the fact the Game Boy was a portable console.
No, there is no plan for a mobile port in the near future. Unless someone’s interested in helping me with this.
Yes, there are in-game instructions of how to play.
If you press X during the cutscenes, you’ll skip the text animation.
Yes, the game is completely beatable.
EDIT: Maybe it no longer is.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you find any problem, please let me know.
Nam.
