So, in my post for Fourteen Nights at Freddy's I made telling everyone the game was released, I mentioned I'd say something about any possible future games. So, I'm gonna address that really quick.
I've been worried that I would announce a new game and not have motivation to finish it but feel forced to finish it knowing there are people following the game and I don't want to disappoint everyone who was looking forward to it. That's what happened with Fourteen Nights at Freddy's. I didn't want to finish it but felt forced to cause there were already people following it. I don't want to feel so pressured to finish something again. Not to mention the fact that I feel like the game not doing as well as some of my other games is because of how long the game page has been out before I released it.
I have many ideas for new games but don't wanna make game pages for them as soon as I want to start working on them as I might just not be motivated and take who knows how long to finish a project that wasn't even worth such a long wait cause they aren't that high quality.
So, I think for any future games I might make assuming that Fourteen Nights at Freddy's isn't my last game, I'll just wait till the game is at least somewhat close to being finished before announcing it or making a game page for it as I'm normally more motivated to work on the game when there's been more progress on it. And if I lose motivation when I start working on it, no one would even know there was a game being worked on in the first place. So, that's probably what I'm gonna do. I'm not gonna wait till I'm about to release the game cause I feel like it won't do as well but I'm also not gonna announce the game too early.
Thanks for reading.
