Update on last post.
The guy seems to be targeting people that follow him. So avoid following him and again, block and report him.
He also changed his username after getting tagged in order to avoid being called out.

So apparently, this guy makes these posts about blocking random people for (most of the time) no apparent reason.
All of these people's accounts got terminated, likely due to mass reporting.
I would recommend blocking him, so you're not his next target.
