Hey guys, long time no see huh. It's been a while since I post something like updates from my game. Because progress is going slow and in the next year progress will go too slow. I'll tell you about the reason later.
So, the basics of a framework for Fazbear in After is finished (but still it will be updated in the future) and now I can do levels for my game.
The first level basics are finished and I can do the second level. The second level is The mountain of freedom!
This doodle I made way back in the summer and still impresses me! This is the first concept for the second level. Then next 2 months, I made sprite assets for The mountain of freedom and I made a moke up.
After taking a rest, I get started to make level design. This stage is unique, which features a new mechanic for the game. Rail grind.
Playing around the game before I decide to add this mechanic, it felt bored when you spam the dash button and nothing happened. Then I decide to add this new mechanic.
Rail grind is the first mechanic for Fazbear in After, which will work as a momentum formula. That means it will help you to increase the speed to the maximum speed. If you go up, your speed will decrease. If you go down, your speed will increase. You will see this mechanic not for once on levels (Besides first level(maybe)).
Now I want to say a few updates for weapons I made.
Cylder gets auto-aim if you hit the first enemy which you like.
If you update Cylder to level 4 or greater, Bonnie will shoot 3 bullets instead of 2.
At least, Bonnie can now create his clone during the battle or whatever you want. To create a clone you need to activate a special attack and then press special action (for Bonnie block button) then boom, a clone. (It's test level if you ask me like "What the hell is this?", I'm too creative ik).
The same thing as Cylder, but different. Level up wind weapon to 4 or greater, you getting additional slash attack.
Fuhhh, that's a lot of stuff I have written here, I haven't planned like that. Well, that's all from me, stay safe and have good time spending holidays.
Merry Christmas, everyone!โ๐
