* [Game Design] You cannot lose from the region citizen decay alone. It'll stop just before you hit the breakpoint. I want to add more clarity around this mechanic so please continue to let me know how it's working.
* [Balance] Increased health of a few ships that felt more vulnerable.
* [Balance] Certain weapons have has a internal cooldown added (Beam, Shotgun, etc) to prevent being able to just unload multiple shots very quickly. This wasn't a huge problem early on but near the end it trivialize enemy carrier pressure because you could essentially one shot them if you'd built up enough ammo from breaking down weapons.

* [Polish] New reward containers that should be less threatening.
