I'm creating the location piece by piece again, this will free up memory from those parts of the location that are not needed now.
Here's what I came up with, I'll only upload what doesn't change in any way, and I won't upload what changes.
let's say a door that was initially locked with a key and then was opened, or an electrical panel that works again.
all these are actors, if you unload them, they will return to their original state, the door is locked again and the electrical panel needs to be repaired again, I will not unload such things.
I will also use Static Light + Reflection Sphere/Box + Volumetric Lightmap again instead of Stationary lighting.
