Update: the "hallway" image is likely the bathroom from Slender: the Eight Pages.
I am having trouble finding the original source for it online, meaning that it is very likely to have potentially been a screenshot by the original developer

With the recreation now being done, for convenience purposes, along with archival reasons, I have now uploaded the original 2014 demo, alongside this page's creation of the 2014 version's full game.
