Update to the Linux community rules on Gamejolt regarding Android, since I thought I had made it clear that I allow discussion of the Android kernel because it is a fork of the Linux kernel.

Sorry if that wasn't very clear—as I said, I thought I had specified those details in the rules, but at least it's done now :)

Note that even though I allow discussions about Android, I prefer the Linux kernel because it doesn't involve Google and all that stuff

But since this community is ''neutral'', I'll allow it for those who love Android, and so on

I sort of tested the PaxoPhone OS—the French phone created by a student when he was 17—and while it's not perfect, BUT!!! it's open source, so I was able to test it on my Linux. Note that it's not Linux; it's its own OS.
