Update with bugfixes!


Hello, I don´t know if it´s good or bad that I get a bug fix up so soon from the release. Here it is anyways, some main things I fixed:

Fixed a bug that would crash the game if you press “cancel” on the gamejolt login box.

Fixed a bug that would screw up the screen transition at a certain level

Changed the sound the player makes when hit.

I have discovered that the game sometimes lags a lot at older computers, at least it did on the one I tested on, if you experience heavy lag, please tell me and I´ll work harder on looking into it.

Eldritchvania is nearing its completion at last.

While we can't give an exact release date, we are closer than ever, and hoping for a release early 2024.

Looking to polish up some of our older enemies. I remade the walking animation for this enemy. The old one (top) wasn't really conveying the motion very well. The new one is a bit more frantic but I think it creates a far more interesting impression.

We have been working hard on Eldritchvania, and we got some exciting news to share! We are almost content complete! That means that all main features of the game are finished, and we'll be moving on to the polish stage soon!

Eldritchvania is full of devious puzzles. Some might be harder than they look. Will you be able to conquer them all? ( Its hard to show off puzzles without giving hints, but hopefully you wont be able to gleam too much from this!)

Eldritchvania polish is continuing! This week I made some improvements to the options menu. Old ( top) vs New ( bottom). The new menu is more in line with our other UI, and also has some extra options which have been in our backlog for a while!
