As the title says, we’ve been putting in a bit of work recently into redoing how object/block placement works in Vitality. When we first started working on the engine, we didn’t fully anticipate the extent to which non-16x16 blocks/objects would be a part of gameplay, and thus, up until now, we didn’t have a uniform way of handling them from an engine point of view.
With these changes, Vitality can now fully support a wide range of objects with different dimensions and placement requirements, opening the door to easier content implementation for the future!
