it's intended to appeal players of rhythm games like Etterna Online and Quaver and their commonly shared specific note patterns, and the charts are inspired by those games directly as a love letter to the rhythm game community (even though i suck at them lol)

A: 1, it'll be charted like the novice difficulty on ITG, if you've ever seen that before

A: kinda? they'll be semi-nerfed versions of the hard charts

A: psych engine, a fantastic, user friendly engine by ShadowMario, RiverOaken, and various others with various things like a character editor, downscroll / middlescroll, keybinds, and even a built in modding system for compiled builds (that the mod WILL use btw) that make it based

A: 3

A: pretty much anything that can run psych engine due to it using it's built in modding system, all you need to do is to simply drag and drop the "mods" folder into a clean psych engine install of your platform, and it'll work right out of the box on both 64 and 32 bit windows systems (im unsure about mac and linux because i dont have any macs and im too scared to install linux on ANYTHING)

Q: who's making the rgu saga?

A: me, and only me, the rgu saga is a one person project, and because of that development will take ages because i have to do everything, the sprites, the music, the charting, you name it, i have to do it, and i am trying to work on the rgu saga when i have the time to do so, so no release date is certain,
