Uploaded a new version, check out the article for details.

If you already have a save file (merc.sav), you'll have to delete it because it's not backward compatible, sorry.


- Faster and smoother rendering of planets.

- Info line at the bottom of the screen that will serve as tooltip space. For now it works with actions such as Treat and Patch, showing you exactly who will be assigned to the task.

- More combat, but it isn't finished yet, so better stay away from it (you can't get out of the combat mode atm).

- The possibility to create new routes between systems and explore them, sell that info to make the route public, or keep it for yourself.

- Ship wiring level can now be upgraded (10% chassy price for +, 50% for ++) that allows installation of + & ++ equipment.

- You now need a Space Suit in your ship to salvage derelict ships.

- A bunch of smaller things & bug fixes.

New planetary exploration... soon!

Space combat is now alpha - it will require lots of balancing and more options, but overall it is done.

Did a bit more experimenting with landscapes...

Started working on landscape generation.

Another landscape with a couple domes.

The last version (0.3.7) has the new exploration mini game in place. It's just the basic mechanics, more features will be added later, but it's already quite fun!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
