-made it so enemies DON'T appear on the first frame the cameras are open, due to appearing when inactive
-buffed Golden Creeper, but he is no longer able to change your cameras
-added a night 3 button, that puts you in the DEMO END SCREEN

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
