V.03 of Ourania Magissa adds shops and menus.

This new updates brings a few changes. First of all a bug that was reported in the previous version has been fixed. When all party members are KO'd in battle the instant retry to immediately restart the battle was not working correctly, but I think the changes I made have fixed it so its working properly now.

The new additions in this version are shops and menus. Not the most exciting stuff perhaps, but its kind of necessary for this type of game. There are three shops to find around town. The bar will sell food items, which are very cheap but can only be used outside of battle. The potion shops sells potions, which are more expensive than food but can be used during battle. The potion shop also sells magic crystals that can be equipped into slots in order to learn skills and boost stats. I highly suggest you buy a couple crystals with the starting money and equip them, or your options in battle will be very limited. The last shop is for upgrading equipment. You don't really buy new weapons and armor, you just upgrade them for a permanent stat boost.

Upcoming features that I plan to add include giving monsters the ability to walk around so they don't just stand in one spot waiting for you bump into them. But the really big thing being worked on is the save and load function, and is probably the last of the really, really big features that needs to be added. Once saving and loading works properly I'll feel better about including quests,  because nobody has to lose their progress.

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Today I was setting up the location of the first boss. His name is "Father" and he is the first of the Patagonians. His task is to guard the road to the House.🛡🗡 Bookmark pre-launch page🔖🔖🔖

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

One of the most critical update for Sunblaze demo. Now you are able to pet a cat! Finally!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

We're knee deep in multiple large features and "game feel". Quick peek behind the scenes in this weeks Dev Blog: https://bit.ly/2QmmaQM

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

ooh yes..
