TAGS are identified with multiple numbers and sequences, usually 4 numbers. (Examples: 1839, 3940.) If a tag is broken, malfunctioning, or growing its intelligence; They will be removed.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
