-@hazen476 reported "Heal Familiar" (Necromancer) was not working correctly (actually, IT was...but the Familiars' element absorb wasn't).
--Having noted that it doesn't work AT ALL outside of battle, it will now be greyed out outside of battle.
--Familiars will now start battles with a barrier of (max HP - current HP)/3...that's 1/3 of any HP they've lost (very helpful when starting battles with low HP, such as having needed revived between battles).
-@JakhariPorter reported "Instant" abilities could be used infinitely instead of only once per turn (as I THOUGHT I read in the plugin documentation).
--"Shriken" (Ninja) is no longer instant, deals normal damage, and returns normal TP (Why keep it? Constant element and AGI based...so it is different than a normal attack).
--"Pommel Strike" (Samurai) is no longer instant, deals normal damage, and returns normal TP (retained for blunt damage source).
--"Close Quarters" and "Point Blank" (Gunner) now each remove the other's effect (so that they cannot be stacked).
--T1 Bard songs now carry a new state that blocks further use of T1 songs on that turn.
--Dancer's steps now inflict an 80% resistance to the other 2 step types sticking (can still spam out as many as you have TP for, but the 2nd type only has a 20% chance of sticking...and if you do manage that, the 3rd will only have a 4% chance of sticking).
--All other "Instant" skills already applied a recast to themselves (though I'd still rather you couldn't stack some of them).
-Yin's "Mesmer-Eyes" special lacked a description.
--Blind effects now reduce the chances of it sticking.
--"Dead" character motion effects (Suppressing Fire, Spirit Orgy, etc) provide immunity to Mesmer-Eyes.
--Sapphire's "Beast Mode" provides 75% resistance (won't come up in current game, but you never know where I'll go in the future).
--Azure's "Tail Brain" provides immunity (technically it doesn't...it's just that the brain sent on the trip isn't in control at the time).
-Summoned Familiars/Cats will no longer receive +50% EXP (now +20%).
