Finally I have released the v0.4 but there are some things to tell. Firstly, this is a 7-Zip file so I can really compress the 35.00MB file to 8.00MB and you need WinRar or 7-Zip to extract it. Secondly, I have changed so many things that I have lost track of the changelog so you have to check that out yourself.
I again announce that this is back to its pre-alpha stage and will only be considered alpha when five different vechiles are made.
