Entering "DEATH" also leads to something, but not recommended

btw, I added key prompting function for the main menu.(Inspired by Outside's games)
Undertale: The TV Battle v2.1.3 update:
* Increased player's moving speed in final turn, now it is easier to dodge the bullets.(Hold Shift to use slow mode)
* Improved the knife effect in the final turn.
* Canceled the BGM change between turns.
