as of right now, minor changes are being done such as tweaks to zones, sprite changes, music and more. have this status report as a guide

Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.
