Now I did say I tested it all and fixed most bugs at the end... but yeah, it turns out there was more than I thought.
This patch and V1.0.1 fixed and adjusted things with Challenges, The Being's Quiz, and Items HEAVILY, so it is required to download this new patch in order not to have a completely broken game.
