Added a "Return to Menu" button in the game over screen
Altered the Menu screen.
Fixed and issue where the charge button and the progress bar would stay on screen after the monitor is brought down or on the incorrect screen.
Changed flashlight hitbox on PASCAL'S closest position.
Added new Dev Tools.
