Fixed the bug in Human village map where reporting a certain anomaly in alley makes the yard able to spawn multiple anomalies there and also makes alley unable to spawn anymore anomalies

I decided to try and make my first custom nightguard mod for Frickbear’s 3. Yeah I’m not an artist so I just rely on 3D models and Photoshop.
In the meantime, I'm making these projects that you all can go and remix it.
