Changed the camera scrolling to use a new extension replacement.
Miniscreenas have been altered, and they will always be transparent on every difficulty. Their transparency on each difficulty is as follows (lower % = more visible)'
The Power Drainage buff in V.Hard Difficulty has been reverted, resulting in an ~8% increase in power
Easy: ~70%
Normal: ~60%
Hard: ~50%
V.Hard: ~40%
Shock Delay fixed, as well as the 1/6th second cooldown removed.
Door animation speeds have been doubled.
Fixed some settings not loading upon bootup until opening the Settings menu.
