Added some sound effects that were missing.
Caveman Coso cannot be bonked if the camera's screen is up anymore.
After seing the credits, it will send you to the main menu instead of the setting's screen.
Fixed other small things.

V1.4.0: I was afraid some of you couldn't get the latest patch, so I've made a proper update for it.
