-1 new random event

-Artist (Gotta sweep) now has a voice line when he head back to his room.

-Fixed the bug that Losky ruler become silent before Losky silent ruler event starts.

“Why don’t you stay with me”. This is what happens if you try to leave the room while R-470 is still there.
