Hi everyone

I have some… somewhat sad news. The next version of Floppy Sports (v1.6) will be the final major update for the game.

You may be wondering why? Well its not because I don’t want to work on the game or not having the time to work on it but it has to do with me simply not having any more ideas on what to add into the game. This means after v1.6 the only updates the game will get are minor updates like fixing bugs and glitches but no new content will be added.

With that being said I will still continue to make games as I still have a passion for creating more games… at least for now and I still have enough free time to work on them… at least for now.

So… whats next? Well ever since around starting on v1.3 I’ve been working on another project. The project is a new 1-8 player game called Colour Tanks.

If you have any suggestions for a name change then let me know as Colour Tanks will be the games final name unless one of you have a better suggestion on what to call it.

Anyway until then look forward to v1.6 the final major update to Floppy Sports which will be coming out later this year and once thats released expect some news on Colour Tanks as well as the games release early next year.
