Fixed an issue where the warning screen will sometimes skip displaying
Fixed Multiple issues with Controller support (i.e. Selecting cameras and muting Phone Guy)
Added the option to allow Right Mouse Button for all Double-Click actions, this can be toggled in the 'Keybinds' menu
Adjusted the Minireenas to only appear on the right most side of the screen when in Backstage / Toy Freddy's camera
Added the Audio Only text back to the Kitchen camera

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
