backend changes/fixes for future linux build
fixed no spawn on props, they actually spawn now.
reduced out of level spawn for generators. although could be a "feature" outside generators.
updated mainmenu to sport a more "evil looking" sprite head of SCP173 on mainmenu
added SCP096 model and scream.
