Kind of a forced update, I think. Either that, or it just feels that way to me. Instead of going ahead with additional enemy additions like planned, I’ve gone and thrown together some level functioning systems. That and I’ve also designed the first official level of the game (at least, it will be for now). Players can now attempt to beat a level and get the best ranks/time they can. If you move to the next level, you’ll be taken back to the usual testing room. Moving the the next level from there will simply replay that room, so hit the “R” button for a quick restart if you want to replay the first level.
Oh, and for other news, I’m going to be taking an official vacation trip sometime soon, for which I’ll not be working on this game. I’ll return fully energized to work on this game sometime within the next few weeks at most.
New Features:
First level added.
End game screen added.
Star Rank system added.
Elevators added. Players spawn from them and head there to finish the level after collecting the CD.
Other minor tweaks may be noticeable.
