I’m a bit brain-dead after working all day on this, so my apologies if I don’t fully describe everything correctly. Either way, I got a fairly nice amount done today and I hope you all enjoy seeing everything coming together. There’s very little left before the level structure elements are finished and, once that’s done, I’ll be heading into getting the other playable characters done up. Exciting, right?
New Features:
Detection further adjusted in mysterious ways I don’t remember…
Player can be killed finally. Have fun trying to actually avoid things now.
Trap Door’s adjusted. They now toggle their opposite states when hacked instead of only remaining open.
Crates changed. No longer interactable.
Explosive Barrel’s added. The same as crates, but explode when broken.
Moving platform’s added.
Turret’s added. Same as cameras, but shoot bullets when they spot the player. Will forget about the player over time, unless an alarm has been sounded. Can be hacked. When hacked, they will ignore the player.
Conveyor Belt’s added. Will just move things along it.
Spikes added. Kill and break things. Try and avoid these.
Guard’s adjusted. They will now jump when they reach a ledge and turn around when reaching certain obsticles.
Safe added. Contains the CD. Must be blown up or hacked in order to open.
Noise alerts added. Certain elements like knock-out and explosions will create a “sound” that can alert enemies nearby. It’s a short range, so taking out guards nearby other guards is now more risky.
Other minor tweaks may be noticeable.
