CORE ENGINE
The battle system has been changed to a similar one, that allows for the features we needed, but still keeping true to the original
The following stats have been renamed:
Physical Damage is now Strength
Spell Damage is now Intellect
Physical Armor is now Armor
Spell Armor is now Magic Resist
Armor (Which was Spell and Physical Armor) has been discontinued
Skill descriptions are now dynamic, and update their damage values
The display for Shields now updates on more occasions

Updated the enemies in each wing
There are no longer random encounters (We’re using a modified version of the Edge of Reality system)

Keeper Stance:
Sentry:
Select an ally. Jade takes all damage in their place. 50% of damage the chosen ally deals is restored as health to Jade. (Recast this on the target, or another target, to remove the effect).
Bring it!:
Deal 4x Strength damage Elements: Physical) to an enemy. Their next attack will be redirected to Jade. After that attack finishes, Jade will deal 4x Strength damage and Stun them.
Tough Skin:
Passive: After Jade takes damage, she gains a Shield against that element, reducing future damage by 20% for 3 turns.
Avenger Stance:
Heartseeker
Deal 2x Strength damage (Elements: Physical) to an enemy. Crit damage is increased by 4x Critical Rate. Damage is increased by 100% if the target is below 20% health. Always Critically Strikes.
Avenging Strike:
Deal 3x Strength damage (Elements: Physical) to an enemy. Damage is increased by 1% for every 5 health the enemy has more than Jade, up to a maximum of 300%. This ignores 50% of the target’s Armor.
Perseverance:
Passive: While below 50% health, Jade receives 50% more healing. While below 25%, she receives 100% more healing. This effect does not work on indirect sources.

Push on!:
Heroic: Increases allies’ Speed by 10% and Crit Rate by 4% until the end of battle. This effect can stack up to 3 times.

Sadistic Nature:
Deal 4x Strength damage (Elements: Physical, Shadow) to an enemy. If they’re inflicted with a Toxin, deal 7x Strength damage instead.
Trail of Shadows:
For 3 turns, Sel has a base 40% (Increased based on 5% of her luck) chance to dodge enemy attacks. Upon a successful dodge, the attacker is inflicted with Crippling Toxin and another random one.
Envenom Blades:
Passive: Sel’s Basic Attacks have a base 40% (Increased based on 5% of her luck) chance to apply a Toxin to enemies. When she applies a Toxin, she heals for 5% of her Max HP.
Intoxicating Finisher:
Heroic: Deal 4x Strength damage (Elements: Physical, Shadow) to an enemy. Deal 2x Strength more damage for each Toxin applied this battle.

Northern Blade:
Upon successfully attacking a Bleeding enemy, Northern Blade’s stack refresh and it’s bonus is increased by 20%. Neraz will also gain Taste of Blood.
Cooldown decreased to 3 turns (Down from 5)
Frozen Strike:
Now applies Deep Wounds if Neraz has Taste of Blood
Lich’s Shield:
Your target pays the Shield’s price if Neraz has Taste of Blood
Pain Suppression has been redesigned.
Life Conduit:
Heroic: Neraz infuses a conduit of blood into an ally, causing their next 3 attacks to deal 2x Neraz’s Strength to their target, and heal for the same amount. (Another random ally gains the conduit if Neraz has Taste of Blood)

Now does extra healing based on his Luck and 2x his Intellect

Passive: Every 2 turns, Daxt creates an Alchemy Flask for later use. He starts with 2, and can hold up to 5 at any given time.

Firewall:
Lily creates a massive wall of flames for 3 turns, causing enemy Ranged attacks to be destroyed, and ally Ranged attacks to inflict Burn.
Deflagrate:
Deal damage (Elements: Fire) to all enemies equal to 10% of Lily’s current Health 3 times. Costs 10% of her current Health.
Flame Barrier:
For 1 turn, gain a Shield equal to 15% of Lily’s Max HP for each enemy, and absorb all damage taken by allies. When damage is absorbed, deal 4x Spell Damage (Elements: Fire) to the attacker.
Burning Pact:
Passive: Whenever Lily loses 15% of her Health from an attack, she gains a stack of Burning Pact, increasing her stats by 5% for each stack. At 5 stacks, she gains Hellfire Pact (Attack twice a turn, 35% chance to inflict Burn, uncontrollable).
ITEMS
All starter equipment has had it’s stats redistributed to 8 points
(Dual Wield equipment is 10)
Weapons:
Soragorger, Sanguis Vessel (New!):
Soragorger feasts on the blood of it’s enemies, and transfers it into it’s user. (+20% Physical Lifesteal, Overhealing done by this effect grants Shields for 2 turns. Sel only.)
Il’giev, Effusion Tome (New!):
Il’giev senses magical energies course through it’s wielder, and protects them when these energies fade (User has +10% HP Regeneration when below 30% Mana. Phoenix only.)
Eldur, Weaponized Matrix (New!):
Eldur has a Shield Matrix implanted in it. When it detects battle, it charges up for protection. (User starts battle with Shields equal to 25% of their Max HP. When they’re depleted, they deal +25% damage. Mitch only.)
The Wildfire Blitzer (New!):
This powerful hand-cannon has Wildfire sigils on it, empowering the bombs that come out of it. (Wildfire Bomb deals +25% damage and has it’s cooldown reduced by 1 turn. Alacard only.)
Fiend’s Fang (Was Iceripper, Blade of the Scourge):
The Fiend’s Fang, and Glacial Aegis, are made from various materials you found on your journey to Articia. (+25% Damage to enemies with Fire Resistance, Burn is transformed into Frostburn, which does Frost damage instead. Jade only.)
Heart of Sundering:
Fires burn forever. The Heart of Sundering releases blasts of Shadowflame when needed. (Basic Attack has a 20% chance to deal Shadowflame damage to all enemies. Spitfire only.)
Duskfale, Blade of Souls:
The Lost Soul trapped within the blade uses itself to restore the life essence of it’s user. (35% chance to heal for 30% of the damage taken from an attack. Neraz only.)
DUNGEONS
The Hellforged Warp Key has been moved next to Glorp for the time being. It’ll be relocated again when Mag’mar is redesigned.
Fixed an issue where the gate down to Leylight Hollow made the player not feel so good
The Ley Spirits now move slower, and the first one is stationary to help new players find out what they do.
Golmeg’s Awaken Earth now only brings one Shattered Sprite back
Fixed the following bosses from having broken interactions with status effects and Crit changes:

GAMEPLAY
New baseline status effect:
Deep Wounds: Direct healing is decreased by 30%.
Healing Block has been discontinued. All effects that applied it will now apply Deep Wounds.
The Planning Map now gives proper information on bosses and levels
MISC
The default volume is now 40% (Down from 100%)
Title Screen commands are now centered
A minimum of 10 steps must be taken before a random encounter can occur
Characters that level up will have their HP and MP fully restored
Should you encounter an error, the report is now more detailed
Standing tiers are now named instead of numbered
