Version 0.105.4 Updates


  • Moved the lower part of VOLH (Valley of the Lots Hills) into its own new level. No name for it yet. Suggestions welcome. Also retiled the path leading to the new level to match it.

  • Fixed music not looping in Lime Punch Caves

  • Re-enabled the “vertigoFX designs” intro screen

  • Fixed a bug in Lime Punch Caves where a block containing a spike trap would kill you without having to even come out.

  • Fixed a bug where sometimes you could stand on a spring without it launching you.

  • In the process of going around and changing the sizes of random spikes throughout the game. This is mostly just for more visual variety and only effects gameplay in minor cases.

  • Fixed some issues with the teleporters and their sound effects.

  • Modified some of the rock/dirt tiles in VOLH to look a bit better.

  • Fixed a huge bug where teleporting to LPC activated all powerups

  • Modified a couple of sections in the Amper Sands level.

  • Misc improvements

Please report any bugs.

Sometimes the application crashes when you try to exit or restart the game. I haven’t figured out why, but at least it only happens when closing the app.

Next up

While FTG is meant to be brutal, there's an early-game wall jumping segment that I think was a bit much for new players, so I've made it a more approachable as of v0.110.3. You're welcome!
