Bugs fixed. Features added.

Fixed main menu buttons becoming non-responsive at random.

Fixed AI always distributing points in same pattern.

Added AI DIFFICULTY slider to options. It controls amount of AI actions per turn.

Added RANDOMIZE DIFFICULTY checkbox. If set to on, it assigns difficulty levels to AI at random, minimum being 1, maximum being selected AI DIFFICULTY. if set to off, all AI opponents will have player chosen difficulty level.

SOUNDS slider still is not functional.

Progress report Day 2. Main menu and basic GUI are taking shape. Core game logic requires proper AI and turn handling. Will be the next step.
