- AI has been nerfed even more, Tammy was nerfed heavily.
- Fixed a issue regarding Withered Toony taking power when at hallway.
- Adjusted amount of power jammer can take.

Most people aren't aware of this but this was a cancelled remake that was being made for SH1!
This version started being planned around late 2019, and was cancelled in April 2021. Some assets shown aren't final.
