luigi screams attack now has indicators of where the bullets will go and has proper hitboxes
fixed the background acceleration not working
wega's health has been increased to 1250

turns out this game is laggy as shit in browser, at least for me, this really messes with a lot of timing stuff on the attacks, making it way harder
so for anyone else having this issue, i added the SB3 file
