I forget change to add something for across in sky island map and titleset

Add invisible floor to reach at secret tower
Fix titleset about player can walk at top of forest, now no longer walk at top of forest

Some setting change after I insert Touch Input Disabler Plugin.

Starting translate new version

New Version 2.2.0 coming soon with Nightmare Mode in Hell difficulty.

Other setting change to Event AI and Item
