As of now, only one more update is planned for Pirates Revenge, that being version 1.2. This update will mostly aim to fix a few glitches, as well as add some more content to the extras menu. I believe that the current gameplay from nights 1-5 is good and fairly balanced, so no gameplay changes will be made.

As for when this update will release, I'd say probably some time within the next two weeks.

After version 1.2, I believe that this game will be considered finished, and no further updates will be made. I do have a post or two that I plan on making after the update though, so there's that.
