Color Soul: Memories v1.3 (v.1.1 on Xbox) is out now on all platforms! Among some miscellaneous small fixes, the main purpose of this patch was to add support for greater cross-game save file data transfer between this game and the upcoming sequel, Color Soul 2: Nightfall. As such, if you plan on playing the sequel when it releases, it is recommended to download this patch and play through this game from the beginning if you'd like to take full advantage of these additional features.
Full Patch Notes
Added additional cross-game save file data transfer between this game and the upcoming sequel, Color Soul 2: Nightfall. (The game must be replayed from the beginning to take full advantage of these additional features in the sequel.)
Fixed an issue where rate of damage taken in battles was slower on lower-end computers and faster on higher-end computers. Battles should now be a standardized experience across all platforms.
Moved the text in dialogue boxes slightly down.
Fixed a typo in the text that appears when holding ESC or SELECT (on controllers) to return to the title screen.
Capitalized the Tropics when referred to in dialogue.
(PC/MAC) Added an option in the settings to invert CONFIRM/RUN buttons on your controller. The default button setup was also changed to match what controllers most players play games with.
(PC/MAC) Updated credits slightly to line up with Xbox version.
(XBOX) Allowed for cross-game save file data transfer between the game and the upcoming sequel.
